Teaching

I am committed to making economics both rigorous and pluralistic, organizing my teaching around fundamental questions that cut across theoretical traditions: How are prices determined? What drives structural transformation? How is income distributed, and why? By integrating economic history, political economy, and data science, I highlight the institutional forces that shape contemporary policy debates. Throughout my courses, I use real-world data and applied cases to bridge the gap between abstract theory and the societal challenges students care about most.
